I have always loved the Community Wellbeing Organization’s definition of health. They will define this as “a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not really merely the absence of disease or infirmity. ” It may be such a wonderful definition since it highlights the fact that wellbeing is about the quality of your life, not simply waking up and surviving a later date.

Wellbeing is about balance such as your body, mind AND your communal circles. And I love that this features your social well-being since I think it’s frequently overlooked. Just think regarding it.
